My-Me-Made-May 2019: Days 9 - 15

If you're looking for more down and dirty, random-looking, completely unedited photos of me in my daily outfits, then you've come to the right place. Picking out a unique outfit hasn't been too tricky yet, but unless it warms up and I can access some of my more summery tops, I'm going to have to get super creative and/or start wearing some really odd combos! And wow, I really do wear that mustard-yellow Kinder cardigan A LOT, don't I?!

If you are taking part in MMM, I hope your challenge is going well, and that you've already got some lessons and insights under your belt. I'd love to hear them, so please leave me a comment below.

I love the outfit with the fabric printed with hands and hearts! Do you remember where the fabric was from? Super cute!

Hi Catherine, Thanks for your comment! Yep it was a print from Cotton Bee (a fabric printing company similar to Spoonflower) xxx

Loving MMM so far and also managing to stick to my pledge too. Realise though that the cooler weather has helped because iI seems that I have more me-mades suitable for cooler weather. Plenty of lessons learned and issues raised. Why do I wear so much navy blue? I need more skirts and tops so that I can mix and match more. And why haven't I made any jeans or pants yet?

Thanks again for organising?

Loving mmm2019 and managing to stick to my pledge of one garment a day ( minimum). Having tried to follow over the years, I have to say that Instagram helps me to post, its quick and easy and I’m amazed at how many people are liking my posts - even the really awful ones! I wish I could manage great pics like some of the ones I see - yours included of course. As its mental health awareness week I have to say it’s been a great focus for me both deciding what I’m going wear and looking at other great makers, I have felt part of the sewing community without having to physically be part of it, if that makes sense.
