I've had to make a few baby outfits this past year, and I used vintage patterns too (which didn't say what size they were, conveniently!!) and I have to say they take nearly as long to make as adult ones!! Maybe cos I like to decorate them a fair bit... here's one with links to another, hope it inspires!<br />http://stylewilderness.blogspot.com/2010/10/baby-love-2.htmlFourth Daughterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16289520392967828383noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2464662522153586853.post-58167620407769953332011-03-01T07:34:20.663+00:002011-03-01T07:34:20.663+00:00Cute cute cute! But I look forward to being a 'sewing auntie' and making clothes for little peeps! You can be adventurous with colours and embellishments. How lovely that you used the parents' honeymoon fabric!EmilyKatehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02202548680341378684noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2464662522153586853.post-89063186616776067132011-02-28T10:00:41.580+00:002011-02-28T10:00:41.580+00:00Ooh, it's lovely! Its a while since my own children were that small so my own judgement is not very good either. I have made things and they have come out far too small but most often the patterns seem to be too wide and too short. I tend to stick to knitting a gift or sewing a quilt or nappy bag these days as it seems so much safer!!bagqueenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17678075344095758390noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2464662522153586853.post-59100520616416529802011-02-28T08:33:15.262+00:002011-02-28T08:33:15.262+00:00That is adorable, love the fabric & pattern! That is adorable, love the fabric & pattern!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2464662522153586853.post-61337430937228792742011-02-27T20:59:31.454+00:002011-02-27T20:59:31.454+00:00Little girls clothes are great because you don'...Little girls clothes are great because you don't have nearly as many fitting issues, plus cute girly fabric is so fun.
